This policy explains how ManchHouse ("ManchHouse", "we", "us") handles information collected through manchhouse.in, including enquiries, performer applications, and partnership requests.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us, apply to perform, or enquire about partnership, we collect what you submit directly — name, email, phone number, city, and any material you choose to share (such as a performance sample link or message). We do not control or store payment information: ticket purchases are processed entirely by District, our ticketing partner, under District's own privacy policy.
3. How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, review performer applications, evaluate partnership proposals, and administer Mehfil-e-Sidhi and future ManchHouse events. We do not sell your information.
4. Third parties
Ticket transactions are handled by District. If you purchase a ticket, District — not ManchHouse — collects and processes that payment and booking data. We encourage you to review District's own privacy terms before purchasing.
5. Data retention
We retain enquiry, application and partnership information for as long as reasonably needed to run current and upcoming ManchHouse shows, or until you ask us to delete it.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you've submitted by writing to support@manchhouse.in.
