1. Who this applies to
These terms apply once ManchHouse has selected you to perform at a show (such as Mehfil-e-Sidhi) through the Perform application process — not to every applicant.
2. Confirmation fee
Selected performers confirm their slot with the published participant confirmation amount (currently ₹249 for Mehfil-e-Sidhi). This confirms your place on the bill; it is not a general pay-to-perform ticket, and is only requested after you've been reviewed and selected.
3. Performance slot
Set length, running order and any technical requirements will be confirmed with you directly ahead of the show. ManchHouse reserves the right to adjust running order and timing on the day for the smooth running of the event.
4. Content
Performers are responsible for their own material. ManchHouse may ask a performer to adjust content that is unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate for the venue and audience.
5. Recording & promotion
ManchHouse may photograph, film and share footage of your performance for promotional use across the ManchHouse website and social channels, with credit to you as the performer.
6. Cancellations
If you can no longer perform after confirming, tell ManchHouse as early as possible so your slot can be reassigned. Refund treatment for the confirmation amount will be communicated at the time.
