ManchHouse collects the minimum information needed to reserve seats, process payments, deliver tickets, support attendees and operate event entry. This can include your name, mobile number, email address, selected seats, booking amount and payment reference.

Payments

Card, UPI and other payment credentials are handled by the configured payment gateway. ManchHouse does not store your card number or UPI PIN.

Booking data

Booking records are retained for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention and support purposes. Access to the administration area is restricted to authorized staff.
